Documentation prepared by digitec specialists includes:
- building project – a formal document showing the expected design solutions of the planned investment, providing the basis for obtaining opinions, agreements, approvals and permits. Its scope is legally defined.
- investment design – the main component of the design documentation, which details the solutions contained in the building project. It is used to select a contractor, perform construction works, control their quality and receive completed works.
- post investment documentation – a set of documents covering the entire investment project, including any current changes and possible modifications. – Documentation supports whole investment process.
- additional support documentation – related to the above projects, is a necessary basis for the implementation of the investment, consent, permits, statements of appropriate institutions and offices, projects, technical calculations and cost estimates to effectively manage the budget of the entire investment.
